    甜点/红豆羊羹

    04年10月19日做的一款小点心,到现在我还清楚记得当时的情景。

    那时朋友推荐给我个美食网站,看得我这个不会下厨的人真是跃跃欲试,去书店买了本点心书挑了一款简单我又喜食的来试验,结果出奇的好,迫不及待传到网上,马上就得到了版主的肯定,这是我走上美食制作的第一步,也很感谢当时的版主索姐,虽然她现在不在那里自创网站了,希望她“好人一生平安”

     

    材料:
    1、水:200g、琼脂:7g
    2
    、细砂糖:150g,麦芽糖:
    10g
    3
    、红豆沙:250g

     

    做法:

    1、将琼脂泡在200g水里约5分钟,然后用小火将其煮至完全融化;

    2、加入细砂糖煮溶,再加入麦芽糖煮溶;

    3、加入红豆沙伴均匀,红豆沙朝同方向伴匀可以不产生气泡,伴至光滑细致无结块;

    4、模块抹上猪油后将红豆溶液倒入,并放入冰箱冷藏室

    5、到冷却凝固,反扣后即可切块装盆。
